Dear Admin,

I am facing an issue while adding checks. As you know we can do a TEST SETTING before saving a particular check. But while doing that I am getting an error saying Timeout occured after 60 seconds. But from the serverscheck appliance I can ping the tibbo device. I can telnet to port 3001. But while doing test setting it is giving me error.

The version I am using is 8.0.4. Our other customers who were using version 8.2.3 has also reported the same error.

Please advice.

I was reading through the forums. Some one told version 8.2.4 solved the Time out issue. One of our customer who is using 8.2.4 is still having he same error.

Can you do a sensor debug and provide the output please?
