The ServersCheck SensorGateway: probably one of the most cost effective IP, PoE & SNMP temperature sensors.

ServersCheck offers its SNMP, IP & PoE enabled thermometer for monitoring temperature 24x7. The sensor is powered through PoE or power adapter and has a built-in temperature probe. Each SensorGateway has its own IP address and has a built-in web server.


It is designed to operate in environments between -10ºC to +75ºC (14ºF to +167ºF).

The SensorGateway continously reads sensor probe values, compares them to preset tresholds and generates alerts via email from inside the box. For centralized monitoring of multiple sensors or for SMS alerting capabilities, you can go for the ServersCheck Monitoring Appliance or ServersCheck Monitoring Software. Third party Network Management Systems like Nagios, MRTG, WhatsUp, Tivoli, OpenView can also communicate with ServersCheck's sensors using SNMP.

To the SensorGateway you can add up to 2 additional external sensor probes: temperature, humidity, flooding or power failure.

With its calibration feature, the SensorGateway can be configured to compensate any possible offset values resulting from the configuration, environment and wear of the external or built-in probes
