System Requirements for the ServersCheck's Multi-Site / MSP solution

On this page you will find some configuration recommendations for running the Multi-Site / MSP version of the ServersCheck Monitoring Software with your customers.


Requirements at your site for the Command Central server
  • IIS 6 or higher with ASP running
  • Accept incoming TCP connections from the Internet (default port 80)
  • 1GB or more of RAM

  • 1GB disk space for data storage
  • Dedicated system is highly recommended

  • Windows XP Professional, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008



Requirements for customer/remote sites
  • ServersCheck Monitoring Appliance
  • MSP license file
  • Direct outgoing internet connection to Command Central server
  • SIM Card for SMS alerting and receiving inbound SMS messages


    • Optional:
    - Port 1272 forwarding on customer site for remote access to appliance
    - Teamviewer Host for remote access even behind NAT
