ServersCheck seals agreement with Arab and Asian resellers in 12 countries
Leuven (Belgium), 4 January 2007 - ServersCheck, the Belgium-based supplier of monitoring software and hardware for ICT infrastructure, has left a very positive first impression on two important Eastern technology fairs. The company concluded agreements with resellers in no less than twelve different Arab and Asian countries.
ServersCheck first introduced its technology at Gitex in Dubai, one of the world's biggest IT exhibitions, and at ITU Telecom World in Hong Kong, the biggest triennial telecommunications fair, ServersCheck was the only Belgian technology company present at both prestigious events, and concluded many reseller agreements there: at Gitex this included resellers from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sudan, Kuwait and Oman, and at ITU, from South Korea, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. These resellers will distribute the ServersCheck software and sensors locally.
The software from ServersCheck is an affordable and less complex alternative to the 'traditional' - generally much more expensive - monitoring software usually offered by bigger players, and is therefore ideally suited to the SME market. Furthermore, the software can be used in combination with the sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, flooding and power cuts in locations such as server rooms. A deciding factor for many resellers - besides price structure - is the fact that ServersCheck's software is the only solution of its kind that is available in 31 languages, including Arabic, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
"Our product provides resellers with a very interesting solution for a very attractive price. And the fact that our solutions are available in their own language is an important advantage in selling into the local markets", says Maarten Van Laere, CEO at ServersCheck.
