    Ambient Temperature & Humidity Monitoring

Temperature & humdiity sensor The ambient temperature measurement checks if your cooling is still operating and if the room has the desired temperature setting. Combined with the humidity sensors, it ensures that your equipment is running within manufacturers' limits in order to maximize uptime and avoid early failure due to equipment stress.

Ambient temperature should be between 18-27°C / 64-80°F.

Ambient humidity should be between 40% - 60 % rH.

    Thermal Camera Sensor

Thermal camera sensor Thermal runaways of equipment will go undetected with traditional temperature sensors as air conditioning units will try to compensate the heat problem. The thermal camera sensor looks at the equipment and monitors its surface temperature in 4800 points, every 2 seconds.

The sensor is also ideal for contactless monitoring the battery cells for potential thermal runaways.

    Grounding

Ground sensor Grounding is critical for the availability of the cell sites. It ensures that your equipment is protected from power surges. However copper theft or corosion may jeopardize your infrastructure.

The sensor connects to the ground bars of your electrical system and monitors non stop the grounding's resistance. This enables the sensor not only detects disconnected ground bars but also corrosion.

    Aircraft warning light sensor

Light sensor FAA requires tower operators to frequently inspect aircraft warning lights on cell towers and to report outages. The modified light sensor automatically inspects the operation of lights by monitoring the luminosity in Lux.

    Water Intrustion

Water ingress sensor Water is the enemy of electricity. Water ingress can have multiple sources: street flooding, roof leak, airconditioning leaks. The leak sensor by ServersCheck is a 5m water leak sensitive cable so that it can detect water intrusion anywhere in the base station.

    Inclination Sensor

Temperature & humdiity sensor The inclination sensor is designed to monitor the structural integratiy of the tower structure. It is mounted onto the tower and monitors if it is still level. Using its dual axis sensing it alerts you as soon it exceeds the specified thresholds.

    Power Failure

AC/DC power failure sensor Thermal runaways of equipment will go undetected with traditional temperature sensors as air conditioning units will try to compensate the heat problem. The thermal camera sensor looks at the equipment and monitors its surface temperature in 4800 points, every 2 seconds.

Overheating equipment will cause stress fan, CPU errors on the device itself and may also affect neighbouring systems. The difference between outtake and intake (room temperature) should not be more than 20C or 35F.

    Hydrogen (H2) Sensor

Temperature & humdiity sensor When operating batteries, environmental regulations require to monitor the banks for hydrogen leaks. Such leaks can be explosive and therefore need to be monitored for the LEL (Lower Explosive Level).

    Fuel level

Fuel level sensor The ultrasonic fuel level sensor monitors the level of fuel inside the tank. It reports the level in percent %. With 65% of the cell site OPEX being fuel, fuel level is critical. With fuel delivery frauds being at an all time high level, the sensor enables to combat this.

    Dust sensor

Dust sensor When dust is present under the raised floor then it may be blown into equipment. The presence of dust accumulates in equipment then at first power usage will increase due to the harder working fans and CPU's running at higher temperatures. Ultimately electronics may fail due to short circuits.

The Dust sensor monitors dust particles in the air of sizes between PM2.5 and PM10.
