ServersCheck Support Options

ServersCheck has several support options available to help you solve the questions you might have. The options are a User Manual (Wiki), Knowledge Base (FAQ), Discussion Forum, Helpdesk and Telephone Support. See below for more information.

User Manuals

    The user manual for the ServersCheck Monitoring Software is available online on our wiki: www.wiki.serverscheck.com The wiki contains articles regarding the initial setup, alerting configuration, monitors and quick step-by-step guides for environmental sensors, security sensors and the GSM modem.

Trial Edition Users

    Trial edition users can contact a our trial support helpdesk by using the SUPPORT > SUBMIT SUPPORT TICKET option in the Monitoring Software. You can also click on the "Technical Support" link in the "Today's events" box in the main dashboard of the software.

Knowledge base

    A searchable knowledgebase of software and hardware FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)


Online support forum

    The support forum is an online forum monitored by our support engineers. The moderated forum is open for all users: if you are trying out our products, if you do not have a support agreement or if you just want to exchange ideas with other users.

Telephone support

    In some circumstances telephone support may be preferred by the customer. In order to keep pricing of our offering competitive, telephone support is not included in any support agreement. It is available on a per need basis whereby you pay a fee per incident.
