ServersCheck Support Options ServersCheck has several support options available to help you solve the questions you might have. The options are a User Manual (Wiki), Knowledge Base (FAQ), Discussion Forum, Helpdesk and Telephone Support. See below for more information. Do you need additional services on top of the ones listed below? Contact a preferred ServersCheck reseller for available professional services.
For customers with email based support: the support instructions are included in the email with your license file. You can obtain your license file from your orders page. If you purchased through a reseller, then please contact the reseller for obtaining your license file.
1 - Intial Setup for Support for sensors includes email based commercial support for up to 1 hour in the first 30 days after receiving the equipment. It can only be purchased with new sensors and only applies to newly purchased sensors. It is not refundable or extendable. Click here to order sensors and the support package. 2 - Response Time: if 4h limit is after operation hours, then it will be next business day. Next day is next business day. Business days are from Mon - Fri. 3 - Excluding national holidays.
